Bakers Choice Premier Club – Terms & Conditions

Membership in the Bakers Choice Premier Club (“Premier Club”) is available only to verified business owners in the baking, cake decorating, or confectionery industry. Bakers Choice reserves the right to verify business credentials before granting or continuing membership.

2. Membership

• Membership is free of charge.
• Members must maintain accurate and up-to-date business information.
• Membership is non-transferable and limited to one account per business.

3. Benefits

Premier Club members enjoy access to:

• Discounted pricing on select products
• Flexible credit options (subject to approval)
• Members-only promotions
• Priority fulfillment
• Invitations to events, demos, and networking sessions
• Early access to new products and bulk purchase deals

4. Discounting Rules

Discounts offered may include:

• Tiered pricing and bulk purchase discounts

5. Orders and Fulfilment

Bakers Choice will reasonably prioritise fulfilment for Premier Club members, but does not guarantee delivery dates. Offers are subject to stock availability.

6. Termination

Bakers Choice reserves the right to suspend or terminate Premier Club membership at its discretion, including but not limited to:

• False or misleading business information
• Abuse of discounting programs
• Violation of these terms

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Premier Club or any part of its benefits at any time, with or without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
