Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, expired upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
Notification Period: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing sales@bakerschoice.com.ng with photos and a brief description of the issue.
Refund Method: If eligible, refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, as preferred.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
